The staff and the hostess were all superbly friendly and amiable. The location turned out to be marvellous and fantastic, just off the gardens and palace, the main historical neighborhoods of Kanazawa and the center. Btw, we admired Tokuda Shusei Kinenkan Museum, based just a short walk away from the hotel...

We had an amazing stay at Utaimachi in the heart of the walking district. the "Sen" room we stayed in was spacious and had a full kitchen with a washing machine. the tatami room overlooking the narrow alley added to the authentic experience. the staff, especially the front desk hostess, was friendly and spoke excellent English. They made us feel right at home. the breakfast prepared by the hostess was delicious and satisfying. one of the best experiences we've had in Japan.
Everything was fantastic! ⭐️

Our stay at Utaimachi was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location in the Higashi Chaya district was perfect for exploring the beautiful neighborhood. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a washing machine for our convenience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel at home. We loved sipping sake in the cozy bean bag chairs and the scent of Japanese cedar will always bring back memories of our stay. we had a magical experience at Utaimachi and highly recommend it.
